Rafał Olszewski has been honoured with the ‘Open Heart of Leadership’ award

Rafał Olszewski, Chairman of the Management Board of PKS Gdańsk Oliwa SA, received the ‘Open Heart of Leadership’ award at the 14th Women in Logistics Forum, ‘Leadership Co-Relations’.

The award was presented to leaders who, in their day-to-day work, demonstrate that effective leadership is based not only on decisions, results and business accountability, but also on mindfulness, trust, authenticity and relationships with people.

What makes this award particularly valuable is the fact that the nominations were put forward by teams. It was the colleagues, who experience their leaders’ management style on a daily basis, who recognised an approach based on support, honesty, the development of others and responsibility in situations requiring particular commitment.

For PKS Gdańsk Oliwa, this honour holds exceptional significance. In the transport and logistics sector, there is much talk of punctuality, efficiency, processes and operational effectiveness. However, behind every well-functioning organisation lie people, relationships and the way in which a team is built.

The ‘Open Heart of Leadership’ award is a testament to the values that have been central to our company for years: responsibility, trust, respect and closeness in our day-to-day collaboration.
