PKS Gdańsk Oliwa Team-Building Event
Great times, an even better team!
Our team-building weekends at the Zawiaty Holiday Resort have become a much-loved company tradition. It is a time when PKS Gdańsk Oliwa and all the companies within our Group come together as one team – stepping away from daily routines, the office, the road and ongoing projects to simply enjoy being together.
On the last weekend of August, we returned to Kashubia for another memorable gathering. With nearly 100 colleagues taking part, there was no shortage of great conversations, shared experiences and plenty of fun.
The programme included games and competitions, a barbecue, long conversations around the table, lots of laughter and, of course, dancing late into the night.
Events like this give us something that everyday work does not always leave enough room for: the chance to slow down, get to know each other better and build stronger relationships across teams, departments and companies within our Group.
Because behind every project, every delivery and every kilometre on the road, there are people. And a strong company starts with a strong team.
For a while, we put our phones, emails and everyday tasks aside. After all, a company is about much more than vehicles, transport operations, numbers and completed orders. Above all, it is about people – and the best teams are built when people have the chance to simply spend time together.
We came back from Zawiaty with great memories, fresh energy and even more motivation to keep moving forward together.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and brought such great energy, humour and atmosphere to the weekend.
See you at the next team-building event!
