Within the limits specified in the Commercial Companies Code, shareholders may contact the Company using electronic means of communication. In particular, shareholders are entitled to submit motions, ask questions and send notifications and documents in electronic form.

All notifications, reports, requests and statements submitted to the Company using electronic means of communication shall be deemed to have been effectively submitted upon their entry into the electronic means of communication in a manner enabling the person acting on behalf of the Company to familiarise themselves with their content.
