Using the Carrier Platform is completely free of charge.
The Carrier receives an administrator account and can create multiple user accounts for its employees and collaborators.
We encourage our Partners to use this tool, as it significantly accelerates document exchange between our companies and, as a result, enables faster payment for completed services.
For over 80% of transport orders, scanned copies of transport documents are sufficient.
In some cases, original transport documents are required. In such situations, we ask that scans be submitted via OptiCarrier and the originals be sent by traditional post.
This approach helps protect against the risk of document loss.
